Oracle's campus in Batam, Indonesia is built and operated by DayOne, which has a large presence in Southeast Asia. We use the publicly-reported IT power of the facility (backed up by our cooling model). We then derive compute capacity from this power, assuming the campus is filled with the latest NVIDIA Blackwell servers.
